The Nutmeg
The greatest challenge in life
is to catch death by surprise
NUTMEG
1. The hard fruit of a tropical tree, or a brown powder made from this, used as a spice to add flavour to food.
2. In football/soccer, to kick the ball through an opponent's legs when unexpected.
- based on The Cambridge dictionary
Imagine discovering your whole life is a lie, that the ones you call 'family' are anything but. When you learn of the centuries-old evil they have perpetuated against your kind, a wicked secret they have kept hidden in plain sight, wouldn't you want revenge? And wouldn't it be nice to know that, because of them, you have a particular set of skills that will make your vengeance their greatest nightmare?
Unless they find you first.
Anyone who has read 'The Phisherman' has indirectly met two of the three main characters in this story, which includes several surprises that will change how you read 'The Phisherman' - not everyone is as they seem!

The Critters
Some dreams should never come true.
Step back into Joshua Livingstone's world, where anything can happen. As he tries to make things right with his dream girl, everything goes haywire and an unwary friend pays the ultimate price.
That's because someone else wants to make things very wrong for Josh.
However, Josh's new adversary is not his only problem. This person has brought some critters.
And they are hungry.
